Ingredients 3 apples, sliced thinly 3 whole carrots, sliced to match apples 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt and freshly cracked pepper Handful of raisins, if wanted | Directions 1. Chop and combine your carrots and apples. 2. Whisk final six ingredients until incorporated into a dressing. Pour vinaigrette over apple and carrots, make sure to coat well. 3. Sprinkle on raisins if you would so desire! |
