3 apples, sliced thinly
3 whole carrots, sliced to match apples
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked pepper
Handful of raisins, if wanted
1. Chop and combine your carrots and apples.
2. Whisk final six ingredients until incorporated into a dressing. Pour vinaigrette over apple and carrots, make sure to coat well.
3. Sprinkle on raisins if you would so desire!
